Persistent Faith is “faith that doesn’t give up.”
Persistent faith pushes forward regardless of the medical, bank, credit, academic, emotional or economic report. It’s the kind of faith that makes you tell yourself each day: “No matter what I win. I’m coming out of this.”
Listen: when you are in the pit, which other option do you have but to find a way out? Some people are in situations where even if they jump or climb as high as they can, they still can’t come out of the pit except through divine intervention. Therefore, why stress yourself and increase your blood pressure?
Jesus said, in this world we will have trials and tribulations but to take heart, for He has overcome the world (John 16:33).
Our faith-walk is not a cake walk.
It’s hard to wait, to not know, and you begin to wonder if you are doing the right thing or in the right place. You may even try to help God thinking your way is God’s way. Listen to that still, small voice saying to you: “persistent faith.” At the appointed time, God will show up (even show out) – exceed your expectations because He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
Let God handle it.
Have persistent faith – believe – don’t give up – press on – push. It can be difficult to press forward when all you see around you are issues; problems but you must remember, Jesus Christ is the way maker (He makes a way where there is no way). What is difficult for man is an easy thing for the Lord. This hope does not disappoint (Romans 5:5). You just have to move forward and trust God.
