Do you remember the woman who bled for 12 years (Mark 5), suffered at the hands of many doctors, spent everything she had to pay them yet her condition got worse.
She believed that if she touched Jesus’ garment, she would be healed. She believed; took action. She was in the crowd, was behind Jesus and touched his clothing.
What she believed and expected happened.
Jesus told her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well.”
What is missing in your life?
It isn’t enough to say, “I believe, I believe” but what are you doing about it? It was the woman’s faith that made her well.
We need persistent faith.
You cannot operate without faith. “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen” (Hebrews 11:1). Persistent faith is a consistent and confident hope in God that He will do what He says He will do.
Without faith, it is impossible to please God AND when a man’s ways are pleasing to God, He makes even His enemies to be at peace with him.
Persistent faith smashes barriers.
